The Esquif Presage Canoe is a proven all-around canoe built for families, recreational paddlers and wilderness trippers who want one boat that can handle a wide range of adventures.

At just under 16 feet long, the Presage strikes an excellent balance between capacity, stability and maneuverability. Its shallow-arch hull feels predictable and confidence-inspiring on flatwater while remaining responsive enough for moving water and light whitewater up to Class II.

The hull profile provides enough freeboard to help keep paddlers dry in choppy conditions without making the canoe overly difficult to control in the wind. Whether paddled lightly loaded for a day trip or packed with camping gear, the Presage maintains a balanced, efficient feel on the water.

Built from durable T-Formex, it is designed to withstand years of use on lakes, rivers and wilderness routes. Webbed seats, a contoured yoke and thwart come standard, while optional wood gunwales and an additional seat allow you to customize the canoe for your needs.

Stable, versatile and easy to handle, the Esquif Presage is an excellent choice for family outings, canoe camping, recreational paddling and paddlers who want one dependable canoe for both lakes and rivers.

Pricing & Pickup

At Wilderness Supply, we work hard to keep canoe pricing fair and predictable. Canoe prices are either listed at the manufacturer’s MSRP or include a small portion of the freight cost to one of our retail locations, with the rest covered by us. That means in-stock canoes and boats pre-ordered on our regular bulk shipments don’t incur surprise shipping fees.

Canoes ordered outside our bulk shipment windows may incur additional freight charges to our retail store locations. We will always discuss and confirm that with you in advance.

Our goal is simple: make it easy to get the right boat, at a fair price, with no guesswork and no last-minute surprises.
