The Petzl BOREO Climbing Helmet delivers durable, comfortable protection for climbing, mountaineering and a wide range of vertical adventures. Its robust hybrid construction combines a thick ABS outer shell with dual EPP and EPS foam liners, providing excellent resistance to impacts, scratches and everyday wear.

Designed with Petzl’s TOP AND SIDE PROTECTION concept, the BOREO sits lower at the back of the head to provide enhanced coverage against impacts from the front, sides and rear. Interior foam and a flexible headband conform comfortably to the shape of your head, while ventilation openings promote airflow during demanding climbs and warm-weather use.

The helmet is easy to adjust using lateral webbing and a fully adjustable chinstrap. When not in use, the headband folds into the shell for compact storage and convenient transport. Integrated front clips and a rear elastic band securely hold a headlamp for early starts, late finishes and underground adventures.
